"Hotel Sainte-Anne is a perfectly wonderful location to walk around and explore old Quebec City. My room with a gas fireplace overlooked the cobblestone walkway and the restaurant. I could even see the top of the lit up Fairmont from my window. For those who overpack or are less able bodied, please note that you cannot drive up to the entrance.
