We had an excellent stay here and enjoyed the very modern room that had fresh decor. Bed was cozy and bathroom with bidet and walk in/closed-in shower was lovely too. Staff was very sweet and helpful and the included breakfast was a good start to the day! Thank you!
Excellent hotel with great service. We were taken aback by the time limit at the pool, especially since we were the only ones there and we never actually got in the pool, but we also understand that many high end hotels have such a limit in South Korea. It just felt a bit strange to get kicked out when we were just sitting on a chair. Otherwise, if being limited to an hour at the pool isn't an issue for you, I would highly recommend this hotel. Everything else was perfect.
Great pool and beautiful building. Loved the daily free champagne and snacks. The only thing not beyond expectations was the shower. A fine bath shower combo, but not as nice as we’d expect from a two Michelin star hotel.
Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). It was great! Check in can be kind of confusing since the desk is on the second floor but the entrance is on the first floor, but we did it with little trouble or hassle. Also, the (24 hr) laundry room might annoy some people, since you have to buy the detergent two floors up, and it's self-pay, two things I did not realize until I had already put my clothes in. I was, fortunately, with a friend, and she obligingly ran up to our room to get my wallet and then to the front desk to get the...
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and let me check in early. If you can’t check in early there’s lockers that are provided for you. It was an amazing stay and was sad to leave.
Six star hotel. We loved this place and sad to check out. We are from Georgia, USA and generally blown away with Busan and the Haeundae area. The hotel was top notch, my 5 yo son loved the pool, kid friendly, we felt welcomed. Great energy here and you can feel the happiness from everyone including fellow guests and staff.
