Very clean and conveniently located hotel with friendly staff. Their breakfast buffet was a solid deal too, quite affordable for a good spread. The hotel is right across the street from Haeundae beach, and it was easily walkable to tons of local f&b and attractions. Great rate too. Recommend!

The hotel location is excellent. Large, spacious, pleasant and clean room. Very small bed for a double bed. Pleasant bathroom with excellent products. However, the bath towels are terrible, small, unpleasant and with a faded color that was once white. Breakfast is okay. Long queue to wait. The receptionists are very polite and not interested in helping. They refer any questions to websites, perhaps because of a language barrier. The hotel is large and crowded with groups. Long and annoying wait for the elevators, sometimes more than 10 minutes.

This was a lovely hotel in a convenient area for walking directly to the beach, going to restaurants, or getting a quick taxi/walking to attractions like the sky capsule. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Busan!

Good property, not the best when travelling with kids as the rooms are not as big. However there are lots of dining options and a block away from the haeundae beach, it was easily walkable. Lots of options for dining and convenience; all pretty accessible.

Clean modern hotel in nice location. Room had a fantastic view and quality amenities. Ms Conan Kim on reception was very helpful. Easy to get taxis outside and emart conveni store on the ground floor, plus numerous cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff was good. Room temperature is permanently set at 27.5C/81F. You cannot change it and the only way to cool the room is to open the window which make the room noisy View was great

Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan

Amazing beach view and location makes up for other short-comings. Interior quite basic and not in perfect condition but does the job. Check In was slow, people were given waiting numbers.

Great location Just opposite the beach. Taxi rank is just by the entrance. The room had sea view, large room but decor could do with updating. Stated room is soundproof definitely not we could hear next room TV and we had to get up next day very early to catch a flight, not good. Breakfast was really nice with so much choice.

Great location near the beach and night market/shopping street. Only 3 stops on the subway to centum city for shopping and a big food court at shinsegae. Beds were comfy. Shower/tub doesn’t have a curtain and there was only one towel hook for three people so the bathroom became a bit of a mess. The door to the bathroom did not close properly (scraped against the floor) and the pipes made a very loud whining noise when in use by a neighboring room.

Staff was very profesional, but the room's air-conditioning was not functioning. The room was stuffy and hot even in the fall month of October 2025. We called the the front desk but they were only able to help tuen off the heat. The fan and air-conditioning buttons were broken. We have already swithches room once due to the awful smell in the first eoom. Staying in Shilla Stay Hitel was just somewhat uncomfortable for 5days and 4 nights.
