Overall, my stay was good. But the staffers are not as kind as those in regular hotels. When I first arrived, I found that the airconditioner in the living room was dirty. The check-in booth is located in the basemnet on floor 5, which is inconvenient. When I booked this room with a credit card, they immediately charged the whole amount on my card. Other hotels usually hold the card for reservation purpose only; they charge when you arrive at the hotel. But NEWCZ immediately charged on my card. Although they would refund it if I cancelled it, the process of cacelling the reservation and of refudning through the card company would annoying. Travelers often change their travel schedule. NEWCZ should take this into consideration.
