"This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. I did not need to do that, but I appreciated their efforts. That was the only problem that I had during my...

"The collective standard of excellence is what I love the most. Smiling faces and prompt customer service stands out as well. Both BMK & Hotel Africana are amazing!"
"I was not able to arrive in Uganda as planned due to some logistical complications from the health crisis in Congo. Even though I had booked a non refundable reservation, the staff allowed me a credit to use in the future. They were very responsive and helpful! Thank you!"
"I was on a work trip for 11 days . I thought I had booked a bigger room. When I asked about it. A day later I was upgraded to a suite. Great staff and wonderful stay. Mall is close to the hotel. I did not care for the gym.
Will return. Thank you!! "
"The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently."
"My stay at Onomo hotel was great, the room was very clean, very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful. My overall experience was great, I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family."

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. There were multiple pools for swimming laps, the gym was huge and had many fully functional treadmills as well other equipment. The surrounding neighborhood was nice with plenty of shops.
What I like most about this place is it is absolutely a hide paradise with a beautiful views a full accommodation sauna, steam room , summing pool and breakfast in bed or your choice anywhere you want with out any extra charge .Most of the time we chose the garden area with beautiful Palm tree and birds sound in the morning . The rooms are quit large with very high stander services. We book for 17 days during our stay the service from all staff was excellent, kind and always greeting...
The property is truly beautiful. The place is tastefully decorated and the rooms were very clean. Personally, i slept like a baby. The hotel is located near Makerere University. The staff were very friendly and the chef made it a point talk to us and find out how we like the food.
Very nice staff and a very good check-in and welcome. The room was huge and extremely comfortable including a kitchen. The bathroom was great - large modern and clean. One morning there was no water in the shower and they got it fixed immediately. The breakfast was really good as was the service. The breakfast room and bar are open air on the top so offer very nice views of the city. The gym has three exercise bikes and that really helps in a city like Kampala where it is hard to walk/run.
