Väldigt bra läge, bra avstånd till det mesta sevärdigt i staden, 2-3min gångavstånd till ett mindre köpcenter vilket är trevligt. Trevlig och otroligt hjälpsam personal. Rummen var rena och städades väldigt bra varje dag. Välskött, stor och fin pool. Mycket personal vid ingångar så var väldigt hög säkerhet (kanske lite väl mycket enligt mig) men om detta är något man är orolig för (vilket jag inte kände behov av i staden när man är ute och går) så kanske detta hotell kan vara något för dig! Gymmet var fräsht, modernt och hade ett bra utbud. Bastu och ångbastu var fina och otroligt härligt att sätta sig i! Frukost buffén har lite av det mindre utbudet men det som finns är av väldigt bra kvalité. - Är att hotellet inte hade några solstolar! Förhoppningsvis kommer detta att ändras på. Samt att om du önskar ha en gäst på ditt rum efter 19.00 så behöver du betala 30 USD vilket känns lite surt att betala.

Very good choice for business events

Staff is very attentive and all the basic aspects are great -- good wifi, very solid breakfast buffet, hot water for showers. There is also a strong evening vibe of live music and buffet dinners that makes the property relaxing if you are here on business.

I have been staying at this hotel for 7 days so far. The staff are very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The gym and swimming pool facilities are also very good and enjoyable. However, there are some serious issues that need attention. The first problem is the internet service. The connection is extremely weak and unreliable, and in the room there is almost no proper signal, which makes it very difficult to work or stay connected. The second issue is the breakfast. Unfortunately, it is not at the standard expected from a 4-star hotel. The variety is limited, and in some cases the quality is below expectations. The most important issue is the coffee served at this hotel. The coffee quality is very poor and almost tasteless. Considering that this is Africa and one of the world’s leading coffee-producing regions, I truly expected a much higher standard of coffee experience. I hope the management will consider improving these areas, because with the excellent staff and good facilities, the hotel has great potential to provide a much better experience for its guests.

Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth that was not replaced the next day. On my last day a bath mat appeared. Breakfast buffet had many options but little was fresh. A little more attention to detail, especially around food and beverage service would be great.

It is not a hotel for $ 88. Please increase by 10-15 dollar and choose another hotel if you are visiting Kampala. I don’t want to be rude by giving details.( hygiene, food and noises are the mean issues).

the room fridge was not working. The Room AC was difficult to operate and shut off twice in the middle of the night. The TV was not easy to operate. Only had sound but no picture. The water faucet in the shower was stuck on very hot water and ended up taking a cold shower.

Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Eingeschränktes Frühstück- und Lunch- Dinnerauswahl. Man sollte auch wissen, dass bei Lunch und Dinner alle Getränke extra bezahlt werden müssen. Schöne Anlage, aber es sollten dringend die Zimmer renoviert werden. Bei einem Teil ist es schon passiert, der Rest hat es aber bitter nötig.
