"This hotel is very good. It is quite large and has a very nice restaurant and lobby. The room and breakfast was excellent as well. So, my only area of help will be in transportation. This hotel is very far out of the city center. There is a metro and bus station, but at no point will anyone be able to walk from the city center to the hotel. "Staff were great. Due to delays at airport and hotels.com not sending over my correct phone number, the hotel reception was closed on arrival (after 10pm) The man came back to hotel and provided me with a key and entry! Exceptional service!!! Thank you"
