A nice short stay hotel
This hotel is not somewhere that you would spend a week in Cancun but for a short stay near the airport it is more than sufficient. The hotel is clean and comfortable with plenty of parking and the staff is very nice. The location is near a busy road and the rooms overlook some industrial yards. The free breakfast about what you would expect. We were getting in very late so it didn’t make sense to pay for a night in an all inclusive so it served its purpose well

Convenience to the airport and perfect for a quick stop after leaving the airport in between destinations. Taco restaurant around the corner is only place to eat if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

Extremely basic stay the rooms look out onto a multi level parking lot. The service is reduced to two people at the front desk with lines of 10 people in front of them. The breakfast offers nothing healthy to eat even though you’re in Mexico the coffee is terrible and not one thing vegan on the whole table not even a bit of soy milk or any other type of milk for lactose intolerance

Very nice spot but not enough staff!
The poor night clerk was overwhelmed when we arrived late after taking over 4 hours to get through customs. Even though there were only 6 people in front of us, it took over an hour to get to us so we could check in! The room was nice but breakfast was horrible as it was so busy and the food was gone the second it came out. They were obviously not prepared for the hotel being full.

The woman who checked me in spoke no English and although I speak Spanish it was difficult to understand a problem I encountered with checking in. Other than that, the room was clean, the wi-fi was excellent, the water was hot and I appreciated the free shuttle.

The hotel is new and therehfore clean. Had to ask for glasses, water and conditioner as the one provided was three quarters gone. Walls are paper thin. We went down for breakfast at 7:45 and there were no eggs left or forks or bread. Asked for eggs and she brought them but didn't check what else was needed therefore no forks or bread. People that came after us were also annoyed as there didnt seem to be anyone looking after the breakfast. Disappointing after paying the price we did. I dont recommend this place.

Ths was a basic clean hotel with decent breakfast. Check in takes quite a while and was lined up. only one cart for luggage and no assistance when we arrived, as English speakers we had a hard time calling for the shuttle from the airport. Another man had to take a taxi as he could not get through to the hotel. For one night it is fine, beds are decent, rooms clean. New condition.

The restaurant at the hotel closes quite early at 10 PM, and after that, there isn't much available around the property. I would suggest ordering in through Uber Eats. The hotel shuttle is free but can take some time to arrive. We were stuck at the airport for 2 hours before the driver showed up. On a positive note, the rooms were clean, and the hotel served its purpose as a good landing spot in Cancun. Breakfast was offered and it was tasty. Overall, while there were some inconveniences, the hotel provided a decent stay.

Worst Marriott ever. Avoid this hotel
Arranged shuttle bus from airport did not show up. No one to pick up phone in designated shuttle phone number. Taxi to hotel from airport is USD 130, total scam. At hotel we were informed that next day shuttle to airport was fully booked. Overall this hotel DOES NOT offer shuttle service. Breakfast was really bad and not enough food! On Marriott’s webpage start time is 06:00, at Expedia website 06:30. At reception they mentioned 7:00, but food only started to arrive 07:25
