We had a one night stay beginning of June. The motel is easy to find and fairly close to the downtown area, staff were very friendly. Rooms have been updated and are clean, some of our guests with our group said their mattress was too hard or too soft. We found ours to be fine. You won’t go wrong booking here for a night or two. Enjoy Kincardin is a great town

This was the second time staying at Maple Leaf in November. I stayed in the room on the very end and it was great. Room was very clean, bathroom also very clean. They had a rug and tray for my snowy boots. The bed felt new and was comfortable. I’d describe it has medium-firm. I will stay here again.
