Website stated they had car rental on site, they do not. Workers did absolutely nothing to help or to rectify this issue. Charge you $150 for 2 people to eat at the buffet if you didn’t choose “all inclusive”. Food was absolute TRASH. Like completely inedible. Didn’t have beach towels available in the am. I could’ve stayed at a 5 star resort for the cost of food and finding a car on my own.

Terrible experience, my wife's headphones were stolen from the room. We talked with the receptionist, even showed her that they were somewhere in the city (probably the maid's home) through the "Find" app. She basically shrugged and told us it wasn't their problem. Upon arrival we found out that we indeed not only owe the balance we were under the impression of paying but that we had to pay more by $175 dollars. We went ahead with the check in and everyone here is very accommodating. The service is very friendly, food was good and the accesses here are wonderful. I would come here again, but through a different app so I wouldn’t be surprised with extra fees later.

Beach is full of poop feces being washed up from the ocean, resort is very old and ran down, buildings are hideous to the eye, they look like ghetto apartment buildings, pools are small, murky and ugly, our room was never cleaned, just bed made and towels changed. No entertainment at all, Spanish screaming at night which they believe is singing and it was really annoying. Most staff do not speak any English. No amenities, no drinks in the fridge, no coffee maker, one tiny buffet restaurant for the whole place and guests are allowed to enter in whatever clothing they wish any time of day, even in bathing suits at dinner. Not acceptable, no class. Beach has old worn down wood loungers, this is by far the worse place in the whole hotel zone.
