Terrible Stay – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs
From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare.
Parking & Arrival
There was absolutely no parking available for hotel guests because of a large wedding happening onsite. Instead of offering a solution, staff simply told us to park across the street — which meant crossing a four to six lane road with our luggage and children. No signage, no assistance, no concern for guest safety.
Noise & Comfort
Once inside, we hoped things would improve, but the night was worse. The wedding music blared well into the night at an unbearable volume. The pounding of the music, specifically heavy bass and Indian wedding tracks, shook the walls of our room. Sleeping was impossible. For a hotel stay, the bare minimum expectation is rest — this hotel failed entirely.
Lost Item Incident
The worst part came on checkout day. Our child accidentally left behind a very important stuffed animal — a Jellycat dinosaur worth about $80 but priceless to our family. When we realized, we immediately called the hotel. Staff assured us that nothing had been found in the room, that “pictures are taken,” and that “if anything was left, it would be in lost and found.” Their tone made it seem as though we had simply imagined leaving it behind.
Because we were absolutely certain it had been left in the bed, we drove all the way back. At the front desk, the man who greeted us was rude and condescending. His exact attitude was:
