Some reviews say it is a 10mins walk from the train station. There are 2 train stations and the international one, we came in from Strasbourg, is a 36mins walk! Our mistake but worth noting. The bus back ( which is free) stops outside the hotel. A functional busy hotel with friendly efficient staff ideal for a 1 night stopover

The location is unbeatable (it's right next to the bus terminal, train station, and the cable car to the Eiger and Jungfrau). The hotel has a lovely bar with a beautiful view of the mountains and the river. The breakfast is very complete. The views from the rooms are spectacular, and the service is excellent. Staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was pretty standard - bed was a little hard and shower was okay but the towels were terrible. The location was pretty far from the city center (christmas markets)so unless you're attending a meeting at the nearby convention center, you'd be better off booking something closer in.
