Terrible experience, my wife's headphones were stolen from the room. We talked with the receptionist, even showed her that they were somewhere in the city (probably the maid's home) through the "Find" app. She basically shrugged and told us it wasn't their problem. The food is not good either, even for an all included. Avoid.

Upon arrival we found out that we indeed not only owe the balance we were under the impression of paying but that we had to pay more by $175 dollars. We went ahead with the check in and everyone here is very accommodating. The service is very friendly, food was good and the accesses here are wonderful. I would come here again, but through a different app so I wouldn’t be surprised with extra fees later.

We stayed here for 2 nights before staying on Isla Mujeres for 9 days. 2 nights here was too long. Old crumbling buildings and old rooms. Bathroom sink faucet was broken and barely worked. We asked 5x for clean towels and didn’t get them until my husband went down to the front desk and said he wasn’t leaving until he got them. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the hallways and outside. There was a 3” space under the door so no noise control. Food was just ok and beach small and crowded. Would not recommend at all. Cesar the waiter was the only great thing about this place.

I can’t say enough bad things about this place or about Expedias response to my problems. The door would not lock, no dead bolt or chain. The place was so nasty, I felt dirtier just getting in the bed. I wouldn’t have stayed but it was 11 pm when we got there and there was no where else to go. People were making noise all night. Then at 3 am the front desk sold our room to someone else because they hadn’t marked it as occupied. Someone came in my room at 3 am. Worst experience of my life. Please stay away. Remember if you have a problem Expedia will not help you.
