"Been staying here with family and friends many times, one of the reasons my kids like to stay here because of their indoor pool and view of the city. However, after last night stay there I would like to see a pool personal at all time to make sure all guests have a good experience. There were about 15 teen boys that were playing in the pool, were very disrespectful to others.splashing, pushing, screaming, screaming. Despite telling them multiple times to be respectful and watch out for people in the pool, they were continuously bothering others. I didn’t see anyone staff from hotel to step in ."

"The rooms were clean and spacious, except for the bathrooms. They were totally functional, just small and cramped. Hotel parking is super expensive at $50 + hst per night, personally, I think that’s quite steep. But other than that we had a fantastic stay."

"Parking was the biggest problem for me. I arrived at 5 PM and parking lot behind hotel was full. They offered $15 for me to park at a venue that was "a couple minutes" away. That parking lot had no attendant - yet they wanted me to pay for the "privilege" of walking in the rain to park my car anytime i needed to use it. For the price i paid per room, it's needless to say that i think parking should be included, at the very least - especially if i have to walk off-site for it. I ended up paying the next-door hotel for parking, which felt like it was on site at least. And it was cheaper then theirs fee."

"The price was higher for the quality of the room , the hotel is older with older air heat , weather was cold and the room was humidity, we was only one night , breakfast was not included as the booking was offering "
