"This place is amazing. Please note, as indicated in the listing, that this is a privately owned apartment (it's also listed on the major apartment sharing website that comes immediately to mind), so there is no front desk and check-in is a little complicated, and once you're in the place you're pretty much on your own (including cleaning).
But if that doesn't scare you away, this place is gorgeous and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back. For the price, you get a huge two-bedroom...

"The pool has no water. No one to communicate with about anything.
The kitchen barely has the bare minimum and less. Not even one glass to drink. 2 coffee mugs and one pan.
The rug is disgusting. 2 towels for 2 bedroom for 10 days same for the sheets.
The parking tag works intermittently and to fix it is a nightmare. The security is not related to Expedia or another agency called Travellio, the worst … "

Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too.
My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612.
I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again."

Good water presure, and really hot water quickly. Good restaurant, extensive breakfas with many chices. Rooftop lounge with view over river and airport in the distance. Only issue: airconditioning in 1 room was not cooling enough. "

We arrived after 27 hours of travel with three different flights and arrived around 2am on the 27th. I put our bags in the area meant for them and when we woke up in the morning early, our main luggage was completely soaked from the heavy drip over at least 4 hours. When we called they sent...
