My room is an executive suite, it’s too big for myself but I really enjoy it. Very nice view on the 79th floor. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent household attitude, especially for Yoga, Thank you."

"Room 1011 is nice with 2 windows facing city towards other tall buildings but not close, so we can still have privacy, loved our room, shower and bathroom could be a little roomier, but shower water pressure is great, wish room wasn’t carpeted, would feel cleaner that way. Lobby is nice, bar area is cool, location is walkable to bus, train stops or PK shuttle which is free with a transit card, security is tight, feel safe here. "Nice new hotel with more local neighborhood. Room and hotel good for the price paid. Ordered food at the restaurant of good quality, albeit a bit pricey. Not a “fancy” neighborhood, more suitable for Indonesian travelers IMHO."

"Room was very clean, cozy and quite artsy. The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Jakarta. Very close to the happening & culinary spots such as Bundaran HI, Grand Hyatt, Plaza Indonesia as well as the newly BNI City/Sudirman Baru/Dukuh Atas MRT Stations making it easy & seamless to/from the Cengkareng International Airport. Also, yummy breakfast food and the staff was properly trained/professional. Very highly recommended."

"Many things that was neglected which made my stay uncomfortable. 1. Mouldy toilet walls 2. Dirty toilet bowls 3. Broken tissue box 4. Dirty mini fridge that froze anything placed inside 5. I called to ask for extra pillows and told I couldn't have any. 6. Ask for extra towel to swim with and I had to pay $4sgd for a poor quality towel with a stain and literally falling apart. I suggest put lesser people in the breakfast area and more people in the cleaning area. Too many staff doing nothing...

"I would only stay here for short few days and if I dont need to spend too much time in the room. Pros: - Very responsive and helpful staff/front office (hospitality is v.good) - daily cleaning - location - pretty good amenities Cons: - Not really well maintained, mould and damp marks in many places (only took a few pictures, but there are many of them) - uncomfortable smell of an old room - very uncomfortable mattress, got a backpain - no sunlight, window is facing other building's wall"
