"Clean room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast"

"Nice big suite. People were lovely and breakfast was amazing. Location is great, close and walkable to all the places I wanted to go to. "

"Very strategic hotel located in main business area. Love the amenities, clean and top level staff and service"

"If you’re used to a certain accommodation standard when travelling, this place is not for u. I paid $40 a night and I got a nice room, clean bed, 2 bottles of water everyday, fried rice and tea sent to my room, wifi and hot shower. What I wished it had was a dead bolt for the door and a kettle for hot water. There’s a night club right behind but the noise didn’t bother me. The area can be very dark at night."

"The Staff were oustanding, room was superb and the food at the lounge which was included in my package was out of this world."

"The hotel has a nice fragrance and ambience. Nice soft pillows, blankets, towels and natural based toileteries. Nice facilities and walking distance to the shopping mall"

"Good breakfast and attentive staff. Great view from Skai Bar."

"Love it. Everything is perfect. I booked it for my mom’s 79th birthday. They delivered her a bottle of wine and fruits to the room. Thank you so much for making my mom 79th Birthday memorable. Highly recommended"

"The entire team in Pan Pac were phenomenal, from the front desk, to greeting bellhops, the restaurant team, the housekeeping, the room service... EVERY SINGLE POINT of customer interaction were consistent, excellent and more than 6 stars. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the grace and kindness I needed during this challenging period and for making my stay so personalised in every way. This will be my new home base in Jkt! And great benefit of having agora mall right...
