"it is a great place to stay in Sidney. It is centrally located with a ton within walking distance...the beach, the Pier, the Aquarium, the Distillery, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, thriftstores, etc. "

"Clean rooms, a little construction going on, but it wasn’t too loud. The best part about the place was the staff. They were very attentive and friendly. Best service I have had at a hotel in a long time! "

"Not worth the money. Bedding is cheap, and pillows have seen better days. Staff were friendly enough, but the front desk staff didn’t offer any recommendations, and housekeeping never replaced tea/coffee. The doorway had a huge gap, so the room was never quite the right temperature. We were also given the worst one: a 2nd-floor room off the lift. The restaurant had no veg options, so we never went. Thought we’d support a local boutique hotel, but, for the price, we’ll stay at the Fairmont next time."

"Very well located offering easy walks to points of interest and restaurants. Offers an indoor and outdoor parking for a fee. Although the check-in area was very overcrowded and busy the staff handled everyone efficiently and pleasantly. Our room was large, somewhat sparse in furniture and ambiance. We were pleased to see a bathtub but could not use it as the plug mechanism did not work. Noise from rooms upstairs and beside us…thumping and voices was constant until after 10 and in the early morning. Sorry to say because of the noise we will not likely stay again."

"The pools were lovely. The only thing that concerned me was that the doors leading into the hotel from the pool area were unlocked even though there was a scanner for you to scan your room key on for entry . I just opened the door without using room key card and that concerned me but that was the only thing I didnt like . The rest of the hotel was beautiful."

"Highly recommend! The front desk upgraded us for free from standard to king suite with panoramic views of the water, marina, and legislature building. Room was AMAZING. The hotel is walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, and great views. We saw sea planes, a seal, and a gorgeous sunset. Check in and parking was also super easy."
