"Arrived at midnight, Paul (Fella working the front) was amazing and welcoming and chipper especially given the fact that he was working a night shift. Property was a great location, great breakfast and pool area. Also a great canteen that also sold alcohol which we needed after a long day of driving. Great experience."

"We stayed at this Holiday Inn on our way back from a conference in Newark. This Holiday Inn looks new, is very clean and the room design is more modern than the Hilton we stayed at. It was right off the hwy and driving into town for dinner was only 10 minutes away. I didn't mind the challenge of the bed being so unusually high, but may be an issue with folks who have mobility issues."

"Check in was just okay, but the initial welcome from the front desk not there. We were very happy with everything about our 5th floor room! Had dinner and drinks in the bar where the food and service was excellant. Fine dining restaurant only open on weekends though. The architecture of the building is amazing and the history of the rail station is all around. Highly recommend a stay here at Lackawanna Station if you are traveling near the Scranton area."
