"Good staff, friendly shuttle drivers and very accommodating. Older hotel, carpet and found a kids bracelet in the bunk bed (makes me think maybe the room wasn’t throughly cleaned). A lot of near by food places. Convenient location. Wish they had free breakfast and parking. "

"I have previously stayed here and thought it was a trendy and modern hotel. I guess that was a couple years ago and the hotel needs some updates/renovations. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay and in our room, some switches didn’t work, the AV connectors for the TV had fallen into the yeah and were unreachable, the shower was dripping. Also $60 for Valet seems like a rip-off. "

"Rooms are clean and in good condition. The plumbing fixtures were operational, but could use an upgrade. The breakfast was very convenient."

"Super nice! Downtown LA is busy but that’s the beauty in it. Everything is walking distance. Public transit and light rail aren’t too far away. Lively club scene too. "

"We have stayed here before when it wqs Cambria Hotel. All looks the same other than the signs. Stayed with my family in 2 queen suites. The rooms were connected so we could open the connecting door and make it even bigger. Staff was great. Morning breakfast can get chaotic. They have Mickey waffles so that was a hit. Kids enjoyed the pool area and water slide. Some of the splash pad was not working. The dial on the hot tub was also broken (not sure if that was on purpose). They need vents in the showers to help remove steam. There was no switch for that so we just opened the door. Shower heads could be better or maybe better water pressure. My girls struggled getting their hair fully rinsed. Overall we had a great stay. "
