"The Viv is our favorite hotel in the area, and after our second stay in as many years, we will definitely be back. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spotless, spacious and very well appointed. The gym is also a good size and well equipped. Top of the V is a highlight of every stay. Reserve a table by the windows for incredible city views and the Disney fireworks in the evening. The rooftop terrace is perfect for a pre-dinner drink, and the breakfast buffet is generous and delicious. My only disappointment is the adults-only rooftop pool. We visited four times, and each time empty glasses and plates were left around the pool, used towels remained on empty chairs, and by late afternoon there were leaves floating in the water. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect the area to be checked and cleaned more frequently. That said, this is truly our only negative point. We love staying at The Viv and highly recommend it. We will certainly return!"

"Very convenient location, accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. We were with a large party and noticed some rooms were more modernized than ours along with some of the functionality of the rooms (plug to the light kept coming loose and required adjusting)."
