"Parking felt very safe (which is important in downtown Memphis) but it was at least 400 yards away from the hotel itself although most of that is indoors. Minor issues that needed addressing were the tub faucet and one of the ice machines on our floor. But otherwise nothing major. Room looked amazing, like out of a magazine."

"This property is absolutely disgusting and is a health hazard the dumpsters were overflowing with trash and not just hotel trash, but additional household trash and furniture spilling into the parking lot. The hallways had trash and litter and stains everywhere. Doors to the outside were propped open with garbage bags. The first room I was given, had pet hair all in the sheets and wasn’t clean. "The townhouse was very clean, spacious and conveniently located (walking distance) to downtown Memphis. It was well equipped with electronics and amenities. They even included snacks and basic items that most properties don’t provide. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Easy parking in alley. Close to downtown for an easy drive or uber ride. Check out the Woodruff Fontaine house museum across the street. And try breakfast or lunch at Sunrise Memphis (the breakfast of champions vegan bowl was excellent and they had lots of normal options). We hope to stay here on our next visit to Memphis. "

"This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in absolutely great staff. The rooms were impacted clean the venue that we were going to see the concert was less than half a mile away and met some of the nicest people I’ve ever met ever in any city, I love Memphis love this place."
