The staff is friendly—and most importantly, I arrived two hours before check-in time and was able to access my room without any issues. "We had an overnight stay each leg of our trip, so total 2 nights over 2 weeks. Airport shuttle upon our first arrival was fine, we called the hotel and shuttle was there 15 mins later. We had to take Uber at our expense the next morning as only 6 passengers fit in shuttle and 5 had already booked. Note: I tried calling ahead to book it and was told I could only book upon check in. Second time we arrived, I called the hotel and got no answer so called again and after about 20 rings someone finally picked up. Shuttle arrived in 25 minutes. Due to the TSA nightmare, we had to take an Uber again back to the airport the next morning as the first shuttle leaves at 5am, and we would have missed our flight. No fault of the hotel that time. Condition of the room was fine, and bed was comfortable but it's an older and the property could use some updating. Didn't have breakfast due to our schedule. Mostly disappointed that we specifically booked due to free airport shuttle and had to pay extra to book our own ride. Other hotels in the area had larger shuttles, ours was a mini-van. Would book elsewhere next time."

"Friendly staff. A little outdated. Noisy guests. Parking lot often full. Had to park in the employee parking lot that was a 1-2 minute walk to the hotel. Parking is a little over $30 per day. Overall our experience was okay but won’t be returning. "

"I have stayed at this hotel several times as the location is great & staff is excellent but there is always problems with the property itself. This time the only electrical outlet on the nightstand didn’t work & the lamp where it was located had to be changed out. The accessible shower Is not user friendly & the hook to hang the hand held shower head was missing. In a previous stay the commode was the problem. The tech outlets are too far from the nightstand. The staff always responds quickly to problems but the fact there is always something is annoying. "
