"The room was very clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out to me was Stacy she was just wonderful, she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. She surprised me with me cake and sang Happy Birthday with the rest of the staff, while me and my partner were having breakfast (super cute) she was just overall a joy to talk to and made my stay feel super at home. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GHL Arsenal. From the moment we stepped in from the heat, Alfonso made our stay extra special by greeting us with a lovely welcoming smile and a cold, delicious mixed fruit drink. It was perfect timing and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of options and the happy hour drinks helped to end the day. The rooftop infinity pool was by far, the highlight of our stay. The incredible views of Cartagena's harbour were perfect up there. All in all, Alfonso and the rest of the staff made our trip a memorable one."
