"When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

"Very good business hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms with fantastic view over the bay of Algiers. Diversified breakfast buffet with many options and good quality of food. Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. Otherwise, everything perfect!"

Tout est nickel y a pleins de commerces autour, rue animé proche du stade de kouba. seul bémol les transports que je n’ai pas trouvé à proximité. Déplacement en taxi à privilégier. "Très belle découverte. L'hôtel est neuf, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont confortables et tout semble encore flambant neuf, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le point fort pour moi reste le personnel, toujours souriant, serviable et aux petits soins. On se sent rapidement le bienvenu et ça fait toute la différence. J'ai aussi beaucoup aimé l'emplacement. "J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour au Marhaba Casbah. L’hôtel est neuf, très propre et les rénovations ont été réalisées avec goût. Son emplacement est un vrai coup de cœur : juste en face de la magnifique Mosquée Ketchaoua et en plein cœur de la Casbah. C’est un plaisir de pouvoir sortir et se retrouver immédiatement plongé dans l’histoire d’Alger. Le personnel a également été très accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter."

"I was given a single room with a single bed for me and my teenage son. I paid for a double room and I was told that I couldn't get any room at first because the hotel was overbooked. I was given a single room with a queen size after insisting. The beds metal was out. Im still recovering."
