Cleaning staff was fantastic, and all but one of the restaurant staff were very pleasant. some of the amenities were not properly functioning"

Possiblity to hire a driver for city tours or specific trips. Only point to improve: It is not possible to contact the hotel by e-mail before the stay to clarify doubts. They just accept phone calls. Otherwise, everything perfect!"

"We stayed here after arriving at the airport in order to recover from a long trip. This hotel was ideal for that. It’s a short taxi ride from the airport. We also understood that they have a free airport shuttle but we did not use it. Second, there is a nice cafe and also a buffet restaurant that were open late. "When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "
