"I was met with a very engaging owner who showed me through the hotel. My room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and efficient heating. Bathroom was a shared bathroom but was very clean and plenty of hot water and large 'fluffy' towels. The evening meal was very tasty and there was not a long waiting time for the meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. A beautiful country hotel and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

Some things did not work in the rooms mainly the tv and internet but I will say the first room I stayed in was working fine.but it did smell water damaged. Don’t expect perfection unless you pay for it, overall it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed in Ballarat."

The room is huge with everything that you could need. Has a work desk and a dining table as well as a couch.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
The bathroom blew me away with how big it was had two basins and a very long bench that you could have all your products. And a beautiful rainfall shower.
You will not be disappointed staying here the room is extremely clean and a great location. "
