Nice room. Spa broken long enough to make a laminated sign to say so. There was a wedding reception on we had no idea about until check-in below our room with music til midnight. One staff member was going to come see us and tell us where to park. I guess he got lost. Told us we had Netflix, nope... not high on my list for next time.

What a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent.
