Comfortable room and quiet

The property appears rundown and parking is basic, but off street. Rooms newly renovated, including new bathroom facilities. Room is spacious, comfortable with basic microwave, fridge and other items. While the rooms were very clean, the microwave was not, as it still had stains from the previous food heated in it. We had to clean it out before use.

The walls were thin but I expected that from the reviews online. But you get what you paid for. The staff were helpful when picking up the keys. The property was well maintained. The room was very well kept and so conveniently located to the town centre. Best for those looking for a good rest and recoup.

There was no staff but all else was good. I would have liked window to.open at night for fresh air. A big problem with ants In the bathroom and kitchen area.

The room was modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and shower was great. Check in was offsite which we forgot about but luckily the Royal Daylesford isn’t far away. The exit ramp does have a big dip to be careful of not to damage your car on.

We would have driven past the building as it was in need of repair. Inside was fully renovated, tasteful and warm. A delight! Well done ELEVEN.

Great room very clean and comfortable but the shower took so long to have hot running water and only stayed warm for few minutes then would go cold again.

The property was clean, spacious & easy to access. It was noisy from above our room & the area around the initial property looked quite industrial.
