"Everything was very clean and staff was very helpful!"

"Something important to know is that this is essentially student accommodation (we didn’t when we booked)! It is a brand new, beautiful building, with excellent attention to detail as regards building quality and presentation. However, we got off to a bad start because the girl who checked us in didn’t explain anything about the rooms, the layout, the facilities, etc. She just gave us our room card, point us in the direction of the lifts and that was it. It wasn’t until checking out the next day...
