Hotels in Latin Quarter

Parking was not on-site, but was right next door and a discounted rate. Hotel was an easy 100 ft from the ramp. Busy area right on the main pedestrian walkway. Easy walking access to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff both in the hotel and the 1520 pub.

Great hotel, great location. Wasn't that noisy at all (which previous reviews had led me to believe). Friendly, helpful staff.

Great location for walking downtown Galway

This property is adorable! Beware: there is no lift, the stairs are narrow and the room is tiny. With that said, we loved it. The rooms are identified by the names of authors, the breakfast is ample and the location offers multiple options for food and drink steps from your door.

Fantastic service, spotless and beautiful room with very comfy mattress. Breakfast was delicious and waiters were very very friendly and attentive.

Newly remodeled hotel, but there is no front desk or anybody working there. Check your message from the hotel when you book because it contains a code to get in the front door. The hotel should put a sign on the entrance to let people know. Other than that, it's a great hotel! There's a few restaurants & pubs really close to the hotel! Powers Thatch is a great restaurant/ pub & Fahertys is a great place to just hangout, especially of Gary is tending the bar!

Ann and Michael were wonderful host. Thier bed & breakfast was amazing and beautifully decorated with a relaxing atmosphere. They are located right on the edge of the town of Oranmore about a 10 minute walk into town & about a 10 minute drive to Galway. Thanks Ann & Michael for your hospitality and delicious breakfast, especially the scones!!

Basic room. Beds, towels and shower. But just what we needed. A small complimentary breakfast and we got to see Galway. Would stay there again.

The room was very comfortable, large bathroom and nice amenities. What truly made the stay a wonderful experience was the staff: from Ellie's warm greeting and kind demeanor at check-in to Scott's (GM) wonderful hospitality pre-check-in and throughout the stay, they made our stay special.

Stunning apartment. The pictures online don't really show what a beautiful place this is or what a great location. The only issue we had was that our reservation code didn't work so we had a hard time with the automated check in. We did finally get a call back and they were able to help us get checked in. There is not enough parking for everyone, but we were able to park outside the gate both nights with no issues. The door keys will time out at 10:00 am so if you are not completely out you...

Clean and modern. Nice breakfast buffet with hot options. Comfortable beds. Great staff.

Suites and hotel in general very spacious and modern. Good bar and restaurant. No gym though

This is a stunning property with very professional and friendly staff. There is a beautiful perimeter walk on property, around the golf course and grounds which can include the lake (~1.2-1.5 mile circuit). The food in Palmer’s bar was fine, we liked the chicken supreme quite a bit and the wait staff, especially Derry, was wonderful. Lovely nooks like you’ll find in the lounge are perfect for reading and having tea. Breakfast was an amazing and almost decadent experience. Three downsides to be...

We had a wonderful stay. The bed was comfortable and room clean with all the necessary amenities. The hotel has a huge restaurant and Irish bar with many different rooms and 2 levels to accommodate all types of clientele! They had live music and the performances were amazing! The best part was the customer service provided with care, kindness, enthusiasm and pure happiness, always quick with help and a smile from their employee Niall, he was such a pleasure! Thank you Niall! :)

Loved everything about hotel. The atmosphere was perfect.

Very hip hotel with neat bar/restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff, definitely a great spot to stay in Galway.

First time staying in a hostel. We optioned for private room with two sets of bunkbeds. It was clean comfortable. The bathrooms were clean breakfast was offered. 100% We would stay here again.

The Kinvara Guesthouse is a jewel. It's big-city lodging in a small, cozy Irish town. It's the kind of town one sees in Irish travel books and brochures. Parking is available in front of the guesthouse, on the street, essentially. They have an elevator (lift) which was a big help for my wife (and me with our luggage). We had a huge room on the second floor with a view of the "plaza" in front of the guesthouse. The bathroom was more than adequate. Our only complaint is that there were no wash...
