Fantastic boutique hotel! We came from Philadelphia, USA, and have already decided we will be traveling the 8,700 miles to stay at the Convent Hotel again. The chapel room had a garden wall that made the room always smell like flowers. The staff were extremely kind, inclusive, and accommodating. The Ada restaurant had the best breakfast I’ve ever had, and the best dinners that we had in our 5 days in Auckland. Parking and internet are included, and it was a decent walking distance to great food...

We had a very good stay made better by customer service getting us a shower mat for my husband who has trouble walking. They upgraded us to a higher floor which had a fantastic view. Top notch!

Delicious breakfast buffet with coffee with fun foam designs every morning. Best muesli bars I have ever had. Great location, modern well-designed rooms, nice gym everything you could want in a room plus amazing views of the sky tower.

Two nights in the standard one bedroom room. Appreciated having the kitchen although it was very minimally stocked. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and good water pressure. Quiet. Would stay here again.

Very happy with our stay here. Great location on the Viaduct Harbour. Very luxurious facilities, on the level of Grand Hyatt or JW Mariott. They have nice spa facilities and gym that are accessible to all guests. Their spa services were wonderful as well.

The room is amazing from being clean to a super comfortable bed , recommend for any layovers or even long stays while in Auckland. Check in was communicated via expedia messages and checkout was also very easy

We spent 2 nights in Auckland and found this location to be just perfect. We were away from a lot of the downtown “feel”, while within walking distance of the wharf and a major grocery store as well as some nice eateries. We were able to check out an hour later than scheduled due to travel plans without any added expense. There was public shuttle service from the airport for a reasonable fee as we were considered to be in city central which was about 45 minutes from the airport. We also found...

Excellent location. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to help us find public transport suitable to our needs. The room was spacious and quite. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, which complicates traffic. Tons of restaurants within wañking distance. Would stay again.

I arrived in early am and was met by friendly helpful staff and helped in many ways after a long two days travel

Location is prime--restaurants, shopping and close to interesting places. Very happy with our stay at this hotel especially that the harbor is nearby.The staff are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives who loves to travel. I'm pretty sure we will be staying in this hotel next time we travel to Auckland.
