The hotel staff made us feel like we were right at home; we felt like we were staying with friends. The hotel was close to the train (which could be a bit confusing at times). We used the beach near the hotel which was wonderful after a day of touring. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful when recommending restaurants, etc. Our room was clean, beautiful, and one of the biggest rooms we've had in Europe. The bathroom was clean, beautifully tiled. Nice pillows, couch, chairs,...
By far the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The attention to detail is mesmerizing.
The staff all know your name, your dining on the finest china, with the best silver, the products are Acqua di Parma, the breakfast is incredible.
Simply flawless
Beautiful hotel with great amenities and staff.
Everything perfect except the Aircondition wasn't cool enough for me.. apart from this, I would fully recommend this hotel. The beach side is fantastic!
This hotel was a short ride from Cinque Terre and was our home base for a week in Sept. We fell in love with Sestri Levante along the way and the hotel was central and convenient to everything this amazing town had to offer. Wonderful staff and beautiful historic hotel. Beach across the street. A gem.
I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Continental even during the offseason! Our room had panoramic ocean views. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. While it was a quieter time of year, I actually appreciated the tranquility and had a great experience exploring the area without the usual crowds. The staff was incredibly accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

We recently stayed at HM and loved the hotel. We were traveling with our 11 year old son and we were given a room with an adjoining smaller room perfect for our son with his own balcony. The main room was spacious, modern, and also a beautiful balcony with sea view. The location is absolutely ideal-close to the train, directly situated on the sea with both beach and pool, right in the heart of SM with ample access to restaurants and shopping. The staff were friendly, accommodating and the...
This was an amazing place! The location is something most people dream about! The view from our room was breathtaking!! We would definitely stay here again!!
I really enjoyed the stay at Hotel Miramare! Excellent and helpful staff. Very pretty and spacious lobby areas. Because we were three people they moved us for no extra charge to a huge apartment on the fourth floor that could easily sleep five! It was very nice -- I just wished that it was decorated like the other rooms, it was plain compared to them. But all in all, we loved it there and you will not be disappointed! Right on the Baia del Silenzio beach with complimentary lounge chairs and...
