Really enjoyed my 5 day stay. The hotel is at one end of the Lungomare, so offers access to all of that, combined with way more tranquillity than is available in some parts of town, but also access to interesting buildings, parks and more cafes etc on the other side. My room was on the top floor and, unusually for a single room, offered superb views of the town, the marina and out to sea, with a balcony which did not go to waste. Breakfast was excellent. I can't say enough about the quality of the reception staff: welcoming and super helpful. Invidious to pick out one person - ok, Laila - because they were all high quality and seemed to work well as a team. (Terrific spot for Ezra Pound fans - as well as being able to see his apartment on the lungomare, it seems EP used to know the proprietors and frequented the hotel, and there are classic photographs of him dining there with Dorothy.)
