"No host in attendance. Muddy driveway at entrance. Difficult to control the thermostat for heating. Unable to adjust hot and cold water on shower. Snacks in the room was not fresh, they had no sell by dates. It is fine for anyone just looking for a sleep over."

The owner/landlord is so friendly and welcoming (and the staff).
Great food at lunch - The steak and ale pie is excellent, as are the home cooked chips from locally sourced produce.
Lovely quiet, comfortable and clean room with mini fridge, kettle and coffee/tea available. Great breakfast.
Overall a really pleasant stay - Excellent.

My only complaint is that I found the mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in places. "
