We stayed for two nights at Newent Golf Club & Lodges to attend a wedding at the nearby church of St. John the Evangelist in Pauntley, Gloucestershire. Our room was clean and comfortable and good value for money. Maggie Brown, the person in charge was very helpful and sent a detailed E-mail before the visit on the best way to find the gold course and recommendations on local restaurants and taxi services etc. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

My dad and I were on holiday driving all over England when we stumbled upon this beautiful inn after a long day of driving and exploring. It was comfortable and welcoming. The dinning lodge was perfect for a couple of pints and a wonderful dinner. As an American when you imagine the UK this place was the perfect example of expectations meets reality. In 10 years for my 50th I plan to take my son and we will absolutely be staying her.

Being a guest in The Feathers for 4 days was like stepping back into a gracious way of life that made me feel like I was a guest in a Tudor manor. Every common gathering area was furnished like a welcoming home, with lovely decor and photographs of the hotel's and town's history. The dining and bar service were excellent, and there were nooks for companionable sharing of food and drink. My ancestors lived in Ledbury 300 years ago and I can't imagine why they ever left. It is a charming town...

It was fantastic locale if you like to hike!! You are across the street from the carpark of the British Camp Trail....great hiking up the hills. If you want a cute area to stay...get to Great Malvern-- and take in the beauty....all while staying in a neat hotel, with a nice restaurant. This would be your place. Breakfast is included---and greatly welcomed. Of note...there is not a fridge, microwave in your room. We loved the place. Highly recommended.

Absolutely enjoyed our short stay here at Littledean House Hotel! The rooms were a decent size, beds had comfortable blankets and pillows and the en-suite bathrooms were more than adequate. We were surprised at how much room the kids had to play with their monster trucks 😀! Breakfast was conveniently located at Belfry Inn a short walk away. The view from the garden was lovely. Sand was very efficient at check in and super helpful and friendly when it came to recommendations for food and...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Star Inn. The hospitality staff were beyond hospitable-Very attentive to us. We could have used a fan as it was warm but other than that very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The dinner menu of Greek food is very nice and of all the full English breakfasts we had on our Cotswold tour this was stood out to us and the absolute best one. There’s a lovely outdoor area for drinks or nibbles and a wonderful crowd of friendly locals. We loved it!
