"The restaurant appeared to be understaffed and staff available appeared to be more interested in watching the futbol game than retrieving dishes from the kitchen for customers. I had to ask for my order twice. The shuttle from the airport was great and timely. The rooms were clean."

"Great location close to main train station and the lake. Staff was very helpful and genuine. Breakfast was great! Was hoping for a/c in lobby during heatwave but there was none so that was disappointing. It was very hot in the rooms. No fans. Overall a nice stay."
