"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers.
Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable!
Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained.
The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely.

The normal price per night is very high according to the facilifies and the quality of the food in the dinners. However for the offer price i had i am very satisfied. Many thanks to Celine from the reception, the only person of the staff which you can communicate in English and she was very willing to help us!
