This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. Really well provisioned property. Would stay again.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Lovely, quiet boutique hotel with excellent service. We stay whenever in Geneva.

I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

Lots of character and very friendly staff

Had an amazing stay here. The hostel is newly built so everything is quite new. It’s not located close to the city centre but it’s only about 15-20 bus ride away. The bus stop is right outside the hostel which makes it very convenient. It also includes. Breakfast!! There’s toast cheese cold cut, multiple kinds of yogurt and drinks. Their coffee is very good! I stayed at a 4 people dorm. There’s a divided foyer before the room and the room entrance which is really nice so keep the noise level to...

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.

Good location. Comfortable room

I loved staying here. Very classic and personal. The hotel is extremely well located in a peatonal plaza and surrounded by high end boutiques and many restaurants. The hotel is small but beautiful. All the rooms are different in decoration. Loved the restaurant and the staff. Would stay here again. You can walk to the Old Town

The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

This is exactly where you want to be before you fly home. Clean, professional, fabulous food and everything in the room works! The staff are polite and very welcoming.

Lovely property in France, convenient to Geneva Airport with restaurant that is open late.

Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding.
