"2nd time visitors and we were pleased with our room and the service by front desk. We did notice that the hotel is getting dated, but everything worked fine for us. The room was clean, bedding and towels fresh and clean, as was the bathroom. The only problem was one missing spoon but quickly added when i asked at front desk. "This is a truly amazing hotel. Very close to Southern Cross Marvel Stadium Crown. Lots of restaurants. Breakfast is included in all rooms (Full breakfast). Room was small but more than adequate for our needs beds very good. Shower pressure could have been a bit better. Some better signage out the front would help."
