"We booked the luxury suite. It was pure awesomeness. The decor was wonderful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We love this hotel and would live there. At night the quietness of the golf course makes the hotel stay quite peaceful and serene! Also this hotel is located in a wealthy homes neighborhood. There is also gate security at the hotel so there is no doubt we would stay at this hotel again and again."

"Loved it at Royal majestic. The location was perfect - attached to the rosebank mall, next to the Gautrain stop in a safe area. The room was big, gym was great and breakfast was amazing"

"This was a nice hotel and we really enjoyed the full breakfast that was included. However, when we left, I asked if they would arrange for a shuttle. But they arranged for was a car that cost literally three times as much as an Uber. So we departed, feeling almost scammed ( though declined their overpriced taxi in favor of a nice Uber driver of our own choosing). The location of the hotel is nice because it’s connected to the mall. Though I doubt I would ever stay there again after that little scam they tried to pull at the very end."

"The staff are impeccable and attentive from the front desk to cleaning staff. The food there is good as well. There's no pork (it's Halal) which also means no bar or alcohol, this can be remedied by going to buy your own or getting an Uber drop off. My one complaint is the bathroom sink...it's so narrow that you get water everywhere when you turn it on. If you're coming from America bring wash cloths, they're not a thing in South Africa."
