"Bar staff were friendly and had excellent customer service. Teeko ( short guy with beard) was fantastic.

The rooms , whilst renovated are a bit small and dated.

"Rooms starting to look a bit tired. Need better facilities for non-SA plugs. Ironing board in poor condition. Room 415 had unimpressive view.
All rooms need drawers to store clothes- hangers ok but where to put socks and folded shirts?"
"The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for travellers. A fast and efficient shuttle service was provided at no additional cost, which was a key factor in my decision to book this hotel"
"Staff were ALL super helpful, friendly and professional. I felt the staff really represented the hotel well. Check-in was easy and relatively quick. I used the gym and it was extremely clean, in good working order and water and towels were available. The gym is a good size for a hotel gym. The hotel is old and probably well overdue for a drastic renovation but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!"
