Walkable distance to fruit shop, OXXO and restaurants. It was the right balance of being in walking distance of the center of Tulum, with lots of restaurants, shops, etc., but not right in the center, so it was not too noisy at night."

"The room was wonderful. Location is amazing. So quiet but close to everything and a 10 minute ride to the beach on a scooter .Emmanuel and the staff was at my service and the sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi’s were a great surprise. The one thing I would have considered is the kitchen could use more lighting for people that like to cook as much as I do. Not a complaint, just a suggestion."

"The hotel seem brand new and quite modern. The staff was super friendly. A pot of coffee was waiting early in the morning. I rented a bicycle from the front desk to get around the area. [Note: The map provided by the expedia website is wrong. The hotel is actually on the corner of Asteroides and Osiris.]"

"For what we paid, the property was fantastic. It is in a great location, situated near taxis and supermarkets but also walking distance to Tulum town centre.
The staff were always on hand and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable about Tulum and provide great recommendations upon request.
Sometimes towels and toilet roll were upon request as opposed to being provided fresh, in advance but no big deal.

"This is quite the gem in Tulum. We didn’t have an issue with the two free breakfast options, everyday the options were different. The prices seemed fair compared to the Zona hotelera. Tulum is pricey town altogether. Those of us who have visited know the deal. Victor was great explaining all the ins and outs of the area. I love the nice touch of having free coffee in the patio waiting for us each morning, and they even allow you to choose your time slot. The area is gorgeous! 10/10 "
