"This property had outstanding hospitality. They treated us like family the day we checked in. The rooms and the rest of the property are very clean. Hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach. Housekeeping crew works extremely hard to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The entire front desk team is professional and friendly. "We took a chance with the Regent grand and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded."

"Beautiful hotel on the stunning grace bay! Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, loved the kitchen, each room comes with a refillable water bottle and water stations all around hotel. Service was great and shopping is walkable. Hanging on the beach was so fun, they even supplied water float for ocean, but we brought our own! Will be back!"
