We had a great experience as far as room cleanliness, and was very impressed with the size of the hotel space especially the patio area. They proximity to the beach was also very accessible. However we were a lil disappointed with the gym description due it not really being a true gym but a gym area set up in a kitchen/office space. The area pool was very clean and kept. So other than the gym we had no complaints about the hotel itself. The staff was very helpful. We were Very satisfied.

Close to the beach, spacious and clean with daily housekeeping, AC, and a large balcony. Two bathrooms made it ideal for sharing with a friend — overall a great stay.

Location was great, room was extremely clean and well taken care of. The only callout is the small shortage of beach towels and blankets. Staff was very friendly and useful. Overall awesome!

The hotel was lovely/modern. The staff was incredible. The beach was located steps away it was so convenient. Although we had a car rental the grace bay shops were walking distance. The beach was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We watched the kids swim in it from our balcony-they enjoyed it after the beach. Overall it was wonderful.

This was our second stay here. It was great, clean , enough space, air conditioned, property manager is very friendly and will give you recommendations for dinner or to help get you a taxi to go dine or for excursions. Has a kitchen with plates, cookware, cups incase you want to cook breakfast or dinner. There is a breakfast and dinner spot behind the property as well.

We had the most amazing family vacation for my 50th birthday. The staff, especially Brenda made my birthday so special and heartwarming it brought tears to my eyes! Everyone was friendly and professional and went out of their way to ensure we had transportation and reservations anytime we requested it. Will miss my friends at The Tides and we can’t wait to go back xoxo

Amazing property! right next to the beach and you can walk or bike to the town and grocery store. Staff amazing and very helpful if I needed anything while i was there.Literaly down the block from the famous Thursday fish fry, Mr. Groupers and Shisha lounge. I want to keep this a hidden gem but the property deserves their flowers.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides. The one-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large patio and partial water view. The well-equipped kitchen, along with the washer and dryer, made it feel like a home away from home. The property is small, quiet, and relaxing, just steps from Grace Bay Beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Brenda was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the larger resorts.
