Upon entering the hotel drive you're greeting by security which is thorough but not obtrusive. The lobby is on the 21st floor as well is the lounge. There is a another lounge/restaurant on the 8th floor. Pool and fitness center on 8th floor. The 21st floor lounge offers 5 different meals a day that are inclusive of your rate. I spent an amazing 10 days at this hotel. I had never been to Jakarta, so everything was a new experience. But having been to other Ritz-Carlton properties, I was not disappointed in the hotel's high-end comfort. The staff helped me arrange all of my tours - which were awesome! The location is great! I can't wait to go back later this year!

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable, good view too

Close to airport, clean comfortable rooms with nice grounds. Breakfast was great.

I was staying overnight for the airport. The hotel was very good for this. I arrived fairly late and left very early - so did not explore the surroundings - although there seemed little to see. The staff were very polite and the hotel very clean.

Clean, up to date, affordable, and convenient to Terminal 3. The room was spacious, nicely designed and appointed. Comfy bed and pillows. Well worth the price. It was so nice, I regretted not having a second night to hang out and check out the amenities. Can be a little challenging to find. The entrance is at the departures level of Terminal 3, east end, which is the side furthest from the check in counters. I’d certainly stay again if passing overnight through Jakarta.

The location is great, at the center of Jakarta, where the business district and nice mall are around. We also enjoyed the amenities of the service apartments with daily housekeeping. The only complaint was ants in our bedroom and living room, but the staffs were quickly responding to fix the problem. We’ll come back to book this hotel when we visit Jakarta.

Wow, wow and wow. From a cheerful and fast check in through every wonderful breakfast to check out we continued to be impressed. They deserve their nearly perfect rating. After a hot and sticky day in Jakarta, coming back to the Holiday Inn was a cool and clean respite. My only complaint was that the air system did not seem to filter out the smoke from other rooms, which was intrusive at times despite the hotel acting immediately when I brought it to their attention. Very nice hotel with Bundaran HI view, All staff are helpfull and friendly especially when we have breakfast and dinner at signature, cheft heri purnama made delicious special fried rice for us, and also all the waiter like mr.Eddy, mr.Rahman, mrs.Lidya, mr.Maliki, mr.Kevin, mr.Bray are very helpfull make us like at home
