"We really enjoyed our stay here, with a well designed and comfortable room with great amenities (tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and we walked there from the Eurostar. The only issue is the shower screen has a gap at the bottom and water gets out and we needed a few towels to dry it up. Otherwise, we had a great stay here for an enjoyable long weekend in Rotterdam."

"Clean and open room, perfect for a short trip. The staff were lovely and I had a delicious, sweet, fresh lemonade from the cafe downstairs. Easy access to public transport and good location. I really liked the decor in the room and have nothing but positive things to say about my stay! Note: If you have physical accessibility needs, the stairs are quite steep so may pose some difficulties."
