"The room is clean and Milo, the staff is superfriendly and helpful. We travel with a toddler and the place is very child friendly. Location is good and near to public transport, with easy access to tram and metro. Good restaurants are within walking distance and grocery shops are also very close. Amenities are complete. If I visit the city again, I will book the same hotel."

"the room was really big! bigger then i was anticipating actually, and it was nice and clean. the staff on reception were really helpful when i had questions or asked for more tea and sugar. i didn't have breakfast there but i did see other people eating and it did look good. the bed was a little on the firm side for my personal tastes, but that was ok."
