"Beautiful Victorian hotel in the heart of downtown. Great German bakery right across the street and an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants. Free parking onsite. Room was nice, mixing elements of old and new. Very friendly service, even at a very late arrival time."

"Eventhough this was 2-3star hotel but all the experience was excellent. I believe air conditioning system is newly built and even bath room was clean and nice. I will stay again when I get to Ottawa."
