The grounds are lovely, but this hotel can be better enjoyed by people who don’t mind a few stairs and strolls to get to the property’s pools, the beach, or nearby restaurants. "

Besides the very good location, the cleanliness and the unbeatable price (low season), the owner Sam is the main reason for our pleasent experience there. "Nice big room, big bed, nice friendly staff with good house cleaning and the water in the pool was nice and clear plus there is a good view from the rooftop pool. It was a 20 minute walk to get to the beach and main road."

"I cannot fault the Kata Poolside , i stayed 10 nights in a pool acess room , ALL of the staff in the hotel from resturant, housekeeping,maintenance and reception were incredible, i will certainly stay again ,this is my 4th visit to Kata beach and my first at this hotel and its beautiful ,thoroughly enjoyed every minute ,great price ,great location peaceful and tranquil "

"Really good rooms, good size, very clean and well maintained. Feels a bit weird when you first get in due to the shape of the building, but soon got used to it. Common areas and pool very quiet and nicely kept. The plunge pool and hot bath was a bonus, shame the sauna and steam room weren't quite ready for use as currently being refurbes, but looked great. The bar on the top deck is worth a visit for the view. Good location, easy to walk to Kata and Kata Noi beach."

"Nice, relaxing hotel a little walk away from the hussle and bustle of Kata and its beach (5 min beach, 10 minute to nught market / food market). Swim up suites and rooms were spacious, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff were very helpful and room service food was very good quality including the breakfast which was very good, lots of fresh fruit, pastries, Thai dishes and an egg / waffle station. Free shuttle bus to & from Kata / Karon beaches a few times a day. Taxi / tuk tuk prices...

"Kata for sure is a great hotel. Staff were amazing But they became very stingy with extra charges for my daughter even though the huge suite that I reserved was for three people. I didn’t like the way they managed our situation even though I mentioned this is my 30th anniversary and try to make fine for us. This issue really bothered us. "

"Super friendly owner and chilled place to stay. Very short walk the the beach (less than 5mins), 7/11 shop two doors down. Lovely restaurant on site - great food & surrounded by other options. Room was big, clean, quite with a safe, fridge, kettle etc. I came as a female solo traveler and felt welcomed and safe. "
